Returns

We accept returns for eligible products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as software, digital downloads, customized products, intimate or personal care items, and certain electronics may not be eligible for returns.

Return Process

Once you have contacted us, please place the item securely in its original packaging. Please do not send any returns without prior approval.

  2. Follow the instructions provided in our email to return the items.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method for all returns.


Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return within 14 days of receiving the item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping fees and any additional charges (such as customs fees) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement or in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that time, the order will be processed, and we will not be able to cancel it.

Exceptions

Late or Missing Refunds

Cryptocurrency Refunds

If you made a payment via cryptocurrency, refunds will be issued in cryptocurrency based on the equivalent amount in USD at the time of the refund transaction.
